  Paul Downes, a personal injury attorney for the Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey law firm, reached a confidential settlement amount with Cargill for an 11 year-old Minnesota girl who was poisoned after eating an E.coli-contaminated hamburger. She spent over a month in the hospital and suffered kidney damage which may require dialysis or a kidney transplant in the future.
