Courtroom Skill Earns Jim Carey the Title of “Super Lawyer”
Jim Carey is a personal injury attorney with a reputation for
winning big cases while effectively serving all of his clients. He
was chosen to sit on the American Board of Trial Advocates, an
elite organization of accomplished trial attorneys. To qualify, an
attorney must demonstrate significant courtroom skill and
experience, high personal character, and an honorable reputation.

Jim was selected by Minnesota Lawyer as 2011 "Attorneys of the

In 2010-2011 Jim was President of the Minnesota Association for

consumer rights and dedicated to the Constitution's guarantee of

Jim holds a seat on the Million Dollar Roundtable, a recognition
given only to Minnesota lawyers who have won million-dollar-plus
verdicts, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national merit
organization consisting of approximately 700 of the most
accomplished attorneys in America.
Jim is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the
National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar
Association, a distinction awarded to less than 2 percent of all of
Minnesota's personal injury attorneys.
Jim is a frequent author and lecturer on personal injury for
legal seminars, William Mitchell Law School, and the College of St.
Thomas. Minnesota Law & Politics and other publications have
consistently named Jim Carey as one of the 40 Top Personal Injury
Attorneys in the State. Jim is also consistently voted one of
America's best personal injury attorneys by The Best Lawyers in
America.
