Celebrating a 25 year Partnership

Legendary lawyer and statesman's presence in downtown Minneapolis office building began - and continues - in Midwest Plaza Office Tower.

When Harry Sieben was looking for new office space in Minneapolis that could support his growing personal injury law practice, he formed an alliance with Midwest Plaza in 1981 and set up shop at 800 Marquette Avenue. That partnership, now 25-years strong, continues to flourish today.

Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey office in Midwest Plaza's East Tower. Their team of expert lawyer is well known for consumer protection efforts led by Sieben, a former legislative leader. They work to help injury victims receive the proper compensation for personal injury, medical malpractice, workers compensation and auto-accidental lawsuits.

"Worker together 24/7 for 25 years is quite a milestone," said Brian Burg, General Manager, United Properties. "We're honored to have Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey noted on our roster of long-standing tenants. We congratulate them on their success and continued growth, and we look forward to the next 25 years."

Sieben added that the relationship works both ways. "We have always found the professionals at United Properties to offer our firm top-of-the-line service," said Sieben. "We cannot ask for any better - from housekeeping to maintaining the building's appearance and infrastructure, UP takes care of us and enables us to do what we do best: to practice law and to ensure justice is served."
