Michael Miller is an attorney at the law firm of Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey. He practices in all areas of personal injury litigation; including wrongful death, product liability, premises liability and auto accident litigation. Michael is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and United States Federal District Bar.
Michael began working at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey as a law clerk before graduating from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as an extern in Federal District Court, clerked for two Hennepin County District Court Judges, and represented clients through William Mitchell's Civil Advocacy Clinic, successfully arguing before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Michael is active in many professional organizations and has recently been re-elected to the American Bar Association's House of Delegates, the 500-member policy making body of the national organization. Michael is now serving his second term representing the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Michael was named a Rising Star in 2008 and 2010 by Minnesota Law & Politics. The publication asked Minnesota's top lawyers to identify an elite group of emerging lawyers, either under the age of 40 or in practice less than 10 years, who have demonstrated the highest standards of excellence. Only 2.5 percent of the state's attorneys are named to the list.
