Elisa M. Murillo

Elisa M. Murillo is staff attorney to Susan M. Holden at the law firm of Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey. She practices in several areas of personal injury litigation, specifically focused in the areas of automobile accident insurance litigation, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, and dram shop liability. Elisa is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Elisa speaks fluent Spanish and is committed to providing legal assistance to the Hispanic community.

Elisa began working at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey as a paralegal before entering law school and continued working at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey as a paralegal and law clerk throughout her law school career. After graduating with honors from William Mitchell College of Law, Elisa practiced briefly as an insurance defense attorney before returning to Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey on a temporary basis during the period when Susan M. Holden was chair of the Special Master Panel that administered compensation for survivors of the 2007 I-35W bridge collapse. Prior to returning to the firm as a staff attorney in 2011, Elisa served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Cara Lee Neville in Hennepin County District Court.
