Steven D. Emmings
Active in the Profession and in the Community
Steve Emmings has facilitated a number of successful medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits with million-dollar settlements.
Steve has been involved in the area of civil litigation since 1977, following his admission to the Minnesota State Bar. He attended the University of Minnesota School of Law and was an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, teaching courses in medical malpractice.
Steve has been a coach and a judge for the Minnesota State High School Mock Trial Competition. He has also been involved in the Chanhassen Planning Commission.
