Michael F. Scully, a partner at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey, has achieved success in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and auto accident insurance litigation.
Mike graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1996, after dedicating more than 15 years to government, nonprofits, and education. While in law school, Mike worked as legal assistant and law clerk at Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey.
Mike was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1997 and joined Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey as an attorney. He is admitted to Federal Court and is certified as a mediator by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Mike was named a Rising Star in a survey by Minnesota Law & Politics for his outstanding work as a personal injury attorney. He is dedicated to the area of workers' compensation and frequently speaks to labor unions about the rights of injured workers.
Through compassionate representation, Mike has helped many clients achieve their objectives such as the injured worker who was awarded permanent and total disability benefits from an employer that had refused to provide re-training. Mike lives in Hastings with his wife and four children, where he is an active member of his church and community.
