Premises liability holds property owners responsible when a person is injured on their property due to a dangerous or unsafe condition. Premises liability in Minnesota covers incidents such as slip-and-fall accidents, garage door injuries, injuries from unsafe decks, roofs, or windows. Premises liability can also include construction accidents, in which workers and/or non-workers are injured.
