Our client was a Russian immigrant who came to this country after working for several years as a professional in Moscow. Our client was able to speak limited English. Shortly after purchasing a new vehicle in the United States, our client was involved in a motor vehicle accident on snowy roads. After purchasing the vehicle, the client had promptly insured it with a well known insurance company that does extensive business in Minnesota. As part of the agreement, he purchased medical expense coverage for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
