Three teens were traveling home on a dark, gravel road. The driver was going too fast and lost control of the vehicle on a curve. Due to her inexperience, she hit the gas rather than the brake. The car went off the road and hit a tree. Our client’s son was killed as a result of the accident and another passenger was severely injured and was in a coma.  The driver was not seriously injured.
