On a summer morning at 5:40am, our client was driving to work. He was traveling eastbound on Interstate 94 in St Paul, MN when he was struck in the rear right side of his 1991 Chev K1500 Silverado pick up. The impact caused our client to violently strike the cement median and then his vehicle rolled several times. His truck was a total loss as a result of the accident.  Our client was taken to Regions Hospital by ambulance and a small fracture of his left shoulder and a fracture in the C7 vertebrae in his neck was found. He underwent surgery on his neck three days after the accident.

Even after the surgery, he suffered pain in his neck and shoulder.  Jim Carey won an Award at arbitration for our client for $220,485.
