Our client was the victim of a car accident involving two deadly collisions. A father and son were traveling on Interstate 35 whe a woman coming the opposite direction went off onto the shoulder, overcorrected and slammed into our client's vehicle. A witness reported seeing that the woman had been driving over 100mph and was talking on her cell phone prior to the collision. Our client's vehicle came to rest in the traffic lane of Interstate 35 and the woman's vehicle went into the ditch.

Shortly after the first crash, a third vehicle struck our client's unlit vehicle, pushing our client's car into the ditch. As a result of the second collision, our client's father, a passenger in the vehicle, died. The woman driving the first vehicle also died as a result of the collision.
