Our client was injured in a work related accident at a construction site.  Another worker kicked a ladder out from under him causing him to sustain serious career ending injuries.  He underwent years of medical treatment including surgeries.

Brabbit also filed a personal injury claim against the company of the worker who caused the accident and obtained a significant personal injury settlement from that company as well.
