Our client was returning to the Twin Cities from a week-end in Northern Wisconsin. She was hit head on when another vehicle crossed the center line and came into her lane on a rural two lane highway. Our client was not able to avoid the collision. She received fractures to her back, sternum, knee and 2 breaks in her right leg. Unfortunately, the driver who hit our client was killed.
