The Taco Bell Drive Thru Mystery

A man pulls into a Taco Bell drive-thru, places his order but never makes it to the pick up window. Instead, his car suddenly accelerates across the restaurant parking lot, sails over a berm, jumps curbs and islands in an adjacent parking lot, and finally smashes into the wall of a grocery store some 450 feet away. The man is found unconscious, seated upright, still buckled in with the air bag deployed. I just ran across some tips from the American Association of Justice on getting insurance companies to pay what they owe you. The tips came out of a report called "Tricks of the Trade: How Insurance Companies Deny, Delay, Confuse and Refuse." This topic hits home with me since this is what I do for a living. Since I thought these were some great tips I decided I would pass them on to you.
