Auria T.S. Gauger

Auria T.S. Gauger is an associate attorney at SiebenCarey who knows that behind every serious injury or unexpected loss is an individual facing challenges they never anticipated. Having seen firsthand how deeply these experiences can affect a family, Auria knows how important it is to have someone in your corner—someone who will fight for answers, work to hold negligent parties accountable, and protect your rights when the stakes are highest.

Auria is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and represents individuals and families in medical malpractice, wrongful death, dram shop, and other personal injury matters. Raised by two teenage parents, she became a first-generation college and law school graduate, an achievement that reflects her ambition and perseverance. Her family’s experience with a serious workplace injury involving her father exposed Auria to the complexities of the legal system and the uncertainties that arise when navigating an unfamiliar process. That experience shaped Auria’s decision to pursue law and strengthened her commitment to helping others feel informed and supported during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

• Student Award of Merit Recipient (2026) – In recognition of her academic achievement, leadership, and service throughout law school, Auria received the 2026 Student Award of Merit from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and the Mitchell Hamline Alumni Association Board. A rare achievement, the honor recognizes graduating students whose engagement, contributions, and accomplishments have exceeded traditional expectations of the student experience.

As an associate attorney at SiebenCarey, Auria draws on her experience in courtroom advocacy, civil litigation, and appellate research. Prior to joining SiebenCarey, she gained hands-on courtroom experience as a Certified Student Attorney with the Dakota County Attorney’s Office and developed her civil litigation skills at Storms Dworak, LLC. In Spring 2025, she was selected as Mitchell Hamline School of Law’s sole judicial extern at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where she worked under the Honorable Keala Ede and gained firsthand insight into the appellate process and the legal analysis behind judicial decisions.

These experiences shaped Auria’s thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the law and strengthened her ability to analyze complex issues, build compelling cases, and advocate effectively for her clients.

Auria’s commitment to advocating for others extends beyond her legal practice and is rooted in the relationships and communities that shape her life. With her father and brother both members of Local 539, she has a personal connection to Minnesota’s labor community and a deep appreciation for the hardworking individuals that help keep our communities strong. She is equally passionate about empowering women and girls, supporting first-generation students, advocating for veterans, and helping young families. Auria is an active member of her church, which further reflects the importance she places on community and service. Outside of work, Auria enjoys all things fashion-related.
