Salesperson Injured On Sales Trip, Over $3,000,000 Recovered and continuing

$3,000,000

Litigation Type - Auto Accidents

Client Injury - Spinal Cord Injury

Our client suffered a cervical spinal cord injury that rendered him a quadriplegic. The employer denied liability claiming the sales incentive trip was not in the course and scope of employment.

Robert Brabbit represented the client to obtain workers’ compensation benefits including wage loss, medical benefits and permanent partial disability. The workers’ compensation insurance company is paying benefits and will continue to do so for the remainder of our client’s life.
