Motorcyclist Lays Down Bike to Avoid Collision

$600,000

Litigation Type - Motorcycle Accidents

Client Injury - Foot Fractures

Our client was returning home on his motorcycle on a nice, summer day. Suddenly a vehicle was heading right toward him traveling the wrong way on the freeway. Our client was forced to put his bike down to avoid a direct collision. As a result, he was thrown off his bike and to the side of the freeway. He sustained a number of injuries, the most serious, multiple foot fractures. These fractures healed following surgery but significantly limited his activities of daily living and employment.

Paul Schweiger settled his case for $600,000.
