Assault At Work Is Covered By Workers’ Compensation

$105,000

Litigation Type - Workers Compensation

Client Injury - Shoulder Injury

Our client was assaulted by a co-employee at work and suffered a permanent shoulder injury. Her employer and their insurance company denied several of our client’s injury claims and refused to pay workers’ compensation benefits as required by law.

Robert Brabbit pursued a work injury claim for our client.  He won hearings on various issues and forced the insurance company to pay benefits. The case later settled for an additional $105,000.
