Susan M. Holden Named a 2025 Minnesota Icon Award Honoree

We’re proud to announce that attorney Susan M. Holden has been named a 2025 Minnesota Icon Award honoree by Minnesota Lawyer! 

The award recognizes leaders whose careers have become truly iconic — shaped by excellence, integrity, and contributions that leave a lasting impact on Minnesota’s business and legal communities.

For decades, Susan has been a trusted advocate for injured individuals and a respected voice within the legal profession. In addition to her work on behalf of clients, she has held several prominent leadership roles and has been honored by her peers at the state and national levels. 

“Susan has shaped the practice of law in Minnesota in profound and enduring ways,” said Jim Carey, Managing Partner. “An icon is someone whose work leaves a mark long after the moment has passed, someone whose leadership and example elevate the people and profession around them. Susan’s career reflects exactly that.”
