In the land of 10,000 lakes, Minnesotans enjoy a variety of water sporting activities throughout the year, such as ice fishing, snowmobiling, water skiing, and boating. Just as a vehicle’s driver needs to be cautious behind the wheel, boaters must be cautious as well.
One unfortunate boating accident ended the life of an Eden Prairie woman who was thrown from the boat, along with the driver and a four-year-old child. The woman died before ever making it to the hospital. It is believed that the boat driver was intoxicated at the time.
