SiebenCarey Family Shows Up BIG at Inaugural Building Trades Ribfest for Beyond the Yellow Ribbon
The Minnesota Building Trades launched its inaugural Yellow Ribbon Ribfest this past weekend with a full contingent of SiebenCarey staff and family in attendance, including our rib-tasting chefs attorney Cory Whalen (l.) and investigator Ian Carey (r).
Ian Carey, SiebenCarey investigator and a decorated Army veteran, led the law firm’s Silver Sponsor support for the 2023 Ribfest as a Board Member of the Building Trades Beyond the Yellow Ribbon committee and an original member of the steering committee tasked with achieving the Yellow Ribbon designation for the Minnesota State Building Trades.
Attorneys Cory Whalen, Matt Steinbrink, Ian, and paralegal Dee Pfeifer rustled up “SiebenCarey” ribs as part of the rib-tasting competition. (Team SC finished mid-pack, but Matt said they should have won!) SiebenCarey managing partner Jim Carey was also on hand to enjoy the festivities along with others from the firm and their friends and family.
