Shannon Carey named a 2013 "Rising Star"
SiebenCarey, serving injured Minnesotans for 60 years, announced that Shannon C. Carey was named to the 2013 Rising Stars list published by Super Lawyers magazine.
Each year, Super Lawyers rates outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Carey is a fourth generation attorney with a commitment to personal injury law that runs in the family. Carey's practice specializes in protecting the rights of individuals who have been harmed by medical or daycare providers, auto accidents, defective products, or negligent home or business owners. In 2011, she was recognized as an "Up and Coming Attorney" by Minnesota Lawyer.
Carey earned a Bachelor of Arts with high honors from the University of St. Thomas in 1996 and completed her Juris Doctor in 2006 from William Mitchell College of Law. She is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
