Duluth Attorney Eric Beyer Joins One of Minnesota’s Largest Personal Injury Teams
SiebenCarey is pleased to announce that Eric Beyer has joined the firm and will be working from our Duluth, Minnesota office. Beyer comes to SiebenCarey after practicing for over 18 years at Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer. Beyer will continue to represent clients with personal injury and workers compensation claims.
Throughout his career of helping injured Minnesotans, Beyer has won significant verdicts and settlements. He is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Beyer received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law 1998.
Beyer’s legal career focuses on car accident, workers’ compensation and a wide variety of other personal injury litigation including basic no-fault arbitrations, and all auto cases, workers’ compensation disputes, serious personal injury, product liability and wrongful death cases.
Beyer has been named a Rising Star honoree by Super Lawyers six different years. They ask Minnesota's top lawyers to identify an elite group of emerging lawyers, either under the age of 40 or in practice less than 10 years, who have demonstrated the highest standards of excellence. Only 2.5 percent of the state's attorneys are named to the list. In 2003, he received Minnesota Lawyer's "Up and Coming Attorneys" award reserved for attorneys who have distinguished themselves during their first 10 years of practice. Beyer was one of 25 honorees selected.
