Lakeville lawyer leads case against distracted driving
A Lakeville personal injury lawyer is leading an effort to raise awareness and build the case against distracted driving.
Art Kosieradzki has spent three years as part of a network of trial lawyers who speak to Lakeville high schoolers about the deadly consequences of distracted driving.
Now, he is working with Lakeville Police Chief Jeff Long and interested high schoolers to raise awareness throughout the community.
It is an effort Kosieradzki said he is passionate about because for 25 years, he has witnessed how distracted driving destroys lives in seconds.
Too often, he said, his job includes sitting across from sobbing family members mourning a loved one's sudden death because a driver was not paying attention to the road.
